MISSING ORDER

If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of ship date.

PROCESSING TIME

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free 5-day shipping option, please note that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

TRACKING MY ORDER

Every time you place an order, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery progress.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages. Please check your local customs website for more information.


HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN

To return an item, please:

  1. Pack your item(s) into a shipping box (ideally the original delivery box).

  2. Please ship your return to us using a traceable shipping method. Keep note of your tracking number so you can track the return.

  3. Please allow at least 2 weeks from when your return is delivered to Lithuania for it to be processed. Returns are generally processed within 8-10 business days of receipt.

  4. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.


POLICY

We will accept returns within 30 days for a full refund. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about returning your product; we will be happy to help.

9 0 FIVE does not cover the cost of returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost-effective shipping, including tracking.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful not to rub makeup or deodorant off the garment. For sanitary reasons, please try on over underwear.

TRACKING

You can trace your return using the tracking method provided by your chosen shipping provider. Please allow at least two weeks for your return to be processed from when it is delivered to Lithuania. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.


REFUND

Returns take 8-10 business days to process upon reaching our warehouse. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return is processed and your refund is issued. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. Timing may vary based on your financial institution.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately.
